National Ploughing Championship 2024

We have been attending the National Ploughing Championship since 1998, seeking to share the good news of the gospel with all who visit. Our outreach focuses on the distribution of the Way of Life calendar, which depicts farm machinery and farming scenes from throughout Ireland. The calendar is very popular with the patrons, with many seeking out our Marque each year to receive a copy.

We also give out free refreshments – tea, coffee, biscuits and some lovely home baked buns! And as people take a well earned rest from their browsing around the many different stalls, we take this opportunity to converse with them about spiritual matters and many show a great interest in knowing more about the Bible and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Free Bibles and Christian literature is available to all, and we rejoice in the numbers who take copies of the Scriptures home with them.

Our aim in it all is to present the good news of the gospel and win souls for the Saviour.
